Policies at Nordic Theater Group

Order confirmation
Nordic Theater Group AS will send you order confirmation by e-mail. Remember to enter your correct email address. If you have not received an order confirmation, send an e-mail to post@nordictheatergroup.com.

Payment
nordictheatergroup.com charges the buyer at the time of order. Exchange rates are approximate. You will be charged NOK. If there turns out to be a problem with the order and cannot be contacted, Nordic Theater Group AS will refund the entire amount back to the account that was charged at the time of order.
 

Shipping and fees
Nordic Theater Group AS sends the order to you with Postnord. Smaller parcels will be sent to your mailbox, larger parcels will be sent to the nearest pick-up location. There is free shipping over NOK 2,500 to addresses in mainland Norway. Check that the address you have provided is correct before you confirm the order.

Delivery time
The item(s) will be sent to the buyer as soon as possible. Normal delivery time is 2-5 working days. 

Right of withdrawal and return shipping
The buyer must notify the seller of using the right of withdrawal within 14 days of the deadline starting to run. The cancellation period starts to run from the day after the item(s) have been received. I tempt all calendar days. If the deadline ends on a Saturday, holiday or bank holiday, the deadline is extended to the nearest working day. Email post@nordictheatergroup.com to cancel your order. The withdrawal period is deemed to have been met if notification is sent before the end of the period. In the event that the order has already been sent before the buyer makes use of the right of withdrawal, fill in the right of withdrawal form and return the item(s) and the form to:

Buyer pays return shipping.

Buyer may reasonably try or test the item(s) to indicate various art, characteristics and functions, without forfeiture. If testing or testing of the item(s) goes beyond what is reasonable and necessary, the buyer may be held liable for any reduced value of the item(s).

The seller is obliged to repay the purchase price to the buyer without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the seller receiving notification of the buyer's decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. The seller has the right to withhold payment until the item(s) have been received from the buyer, or until the buyer has provided documentation that the item(s) have been sent back.

Complaint
If there is a defect in the item(s), it must be purchased within a reasonable time after it was discovered or should have been discovered, notify the seller that the buyer will claim the defect. The buyer has always complained in sufficient time if it happens within 2 months. from the time the defect was discovered or should have been discovered.

If the item(s) has a defect and this is not due to the buyer or circumstances on the buyer's side, the buyer can choose between rectification and delivery, demand a price reduction or demand the contract terminated.

Complaints to the seller must be made in writing by e-mail to post@nordictheatergroup.com.

Conflict resolution
Complaints are addressed to the seller within a reasonable time. The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is not successful, the buyer can contact the Consumer Council for mediation.


Personal information
Your name, your address and your e-mail address are stored at nordictheatergroup.com. This information is collected exclusively so that Nordic Theater Group AS can send you order confirmation and the order itself, or alternatively to be able to contact you if a problem arises with your order. Personal data is not shared with other parties.
