However, we reserve the right that typing/printing errors may occur, which may mean that we cannot deliver according to information provided at nordictheatergoup.com or other marketing. If this occurs, the buyer has the right to cancel the order.
For products that are sold with a sales discount or in connection with a campaign, more detailed sales conditions may apply. Any sales conditions are stated on the product's detail page. Sales and promotions apply until the stated end date or while stocks last. We reserve the right to limit the number of sales of an item or combination of offers, in connection with a campaign, to the same person within a period of time.

Product Information and Prices
Please be aware that all information regarding product material and prices can be changed without any special notice. Customers will be notified of changes that have taken place on already ordered goods. There can be outdated information in product descriptions and specifications on the website, as this can be changed by the manufacturer without prior notice. Nordic Theater Group is not liable for compensation in these matters.
The prices on the nordictheatergroup.com includes VAT and customs for sales and deliveries within Norway. All prices are in NOK, and you will be charged in NOK. If you are purchasing outside of Norway please contact us for any questions or quotations.
Nordic Theater Group AS will send you an order confirmation by e-mail. Remember to enter your correct email address. If you have not received an order confirmation post order, please let us now by sending an e-mail to email@example.com.
If resale is suspected, the seller reserves the right to cancel the order. Suspicion may arise with orders of large quantities or multiple orders of the same product. Unlawful resale of goods supplied by the seller constitutes an infringement of the manufacturer's intellectual property rights.
Shipping and Fees
Nordic Theater Group AS sends the order to you with Postnord if not other is specified, such as pick-up at NTG location. Smaller parcels will be sent to your mailbox, larger parcels will be sent to the nearest pick-up location. Please ensure that the address you have provided is correct before you confirm the order. Unclaimed packages can be charged a fee of NOK 109 in addition to cost of return shipping of the current order, to cover direct costs for Nordic Theater Group AS. In the event of non-payment, the claim will be sent to debt collection after prior notices.
The item(s) will be sent to the buyer as soon as possible as long as the products are on stock. Normal delivery time is 2-5 working days thereafter. For products that are on order, the estimated delivery time will be stated on the product information on the website. If any questions on delivery time of order, please contact us directly for clarification. Some of our products are produced to order at our Brands and Suppliers manufacturer facilities.
In the case of damaged goods upon receipt of package, this must be reported at once to Nordic Theater Group with no delay. After delivery the customer must inspect the delivered order. Right of withdrawal and return shipping
The buyer must notify Nordic Theater Group of using the right of withdrawal within 14 days of the deadline starting to run. The cancellation period starts to run from the day after the item(s) have been received. If the deadline ends on a Saturday, holiday or bank holiday, the deadline is extended to the nearest working day. Email email@example.com to cancel your order. The withdrawal period is deemed to have been met if notification is sent before the end of the period. Terms for approved return of products
The following terms must be fulfilled for approved return of products
The original content and product packaging must be intact.
Upon return shipment, please be advised that the buyer are responsible to ensure sufficient packaging.
The product can be tested to ensure correct size/fit, but not worn.
Products upon return shall not be of ware and tear, any smell or being dirty of any kind. The product shall be as new.
The ID tag must be as upon delivery; intact and attached to the product.
Upon return shipment the buyer must not write on, add tape or otherwise destroy the product original packaging.
Products such as underwear and other product of hygiene is not applicable for return.
Buyer pays return shipping.
Buyer may reasonably try or test the item(s) to indicate various art, characteristics and functions, without forfeiture. If testing or testing of the item(s) goes beyond what is reasonable and necessary, the buyer may be held liable for any reduced value of the item(s). Nordic Theater Group AS is obliged to repay the purchase price to the buyer without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the seller receiving notification of the buyer's decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. The seller has the right to withhold payment until the item(s) have been received from the buyer, or until the buyer has provided documentation that the item(s) have been sent back in mint condition.
If there is a defect in the item(s), it must be purchased within a reasonable time after it was discovered or should have been discovered, notify the seller that the buyer will claim the defect. The buyer has always complained in sufficient time if it happens within 2 months from the time the defect was discovered or should have been discovered.
If the item(s) has a defect and this is not due to the buyer or circumstances on the buyer's side, the buyer can choose between rectification and delivery, demand a price reduction or demand the contract terminated.

In the case nordictheatergroup.com are prevented from delivering or making mandatory re-delivery or such a delivery obligation becomes unreasonably burdensome as a result of a labor dispute or any other circumstance when the parties cannot control it such as extreme weather, fire, war, mobilization or unforeseen military calls of similar scope, requisition, seizure, currency restrictions, riots, shortage of means of transport, general shortage of goods, reduction in the supply of motive power, as well as deficiencies in or delays in deliveries from subcontractors or manufacturers as a result of such circumstances as dealt with in this point, is nordictheatergroup.com exempt from all liability other than in cases of complaint and credit it to the corresponding purchase price of the defective item.
Complaints are addressed to the seller within a reasonable time. The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is not successful, the buyer can contact the Consumer Council for mediation.
